Terms of Service

Shipping - Shipping cost is calculated by weight of the package. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific on Saturday will not be shipped until the following Tuesday, as we are closed on Mondays. All boxes will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

Returns - All items must be returned either in person or via mail within 30 days from date of purchase. A receipt is required for refund or exchange. The item must be in mint condition, unused and undamaged to qualify for return. If shipping, please include the original packing list. If shipping an item for return, please contact us via phone or email prior to doing so. Please include your name, phone number and contact mailing information in the box.
