December 2025: We have introduced a new kind of sharpening; Express Sharpening! Express sharpening entails a simpler sharpening process, 4 steps instead of the regular 7 steps used during Standard Sharpening. The best part? We can have the knives done in a week’s time.

September 2025: Seattle Edge will be moving back to Frelard! Bring your blades by to our new location 10am - 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.
