This long, carbon steel slicer has a subtle upswept clip point with a long straight cutting edge. The knife could easily be used for butchery or even as a thin machete for medium to light jobs. The wooden handle is affixed by three brass pins. Carbon steel will rust if neglected. Be sure to hand wash and thoroughly dry carbon steel knives after use.
